Charles Tatnall

Chairman

Charles is primarily involved in advising and raising funds for small and medium sized enterprises with varying business activities ranging from advising investment and family wealth companies to reviewing investments and business opportunities together with the management of personal investments.

Charles was a co-founder and principal of BioProgress Technology International, Inc. which was quoted on the NASDAQ and later migrated to AIM.  His experience will help the Board in reviewing potential acquisitions.

Tim Cottier FCA

CEO

Tim is a Chartered Accountant who has spent many years in the corporate finance, real estate and green energy sectors. He qualified with Thornton Baker (now Grant Thornton) in London and spent several years with Price Waterhouse in the UK and in the Bahamas.

He is CEO of Kinloch Corporate Finance Limited ("Kinloch") which is a corporate advisory company based in London and Leeds which specialises in capital raising, private equity, venture capital and M&A activities within the SME sector dealing with transaction sizes from £1m to £50m. He is also involved with a number of sustainable energy projects as advisor and in particular waste to energy sector. He established Kinloch after exiting from a leading accountancy practice in Leeds where he headed up the corporate finance division.

Additionally, Tim has been involved in a number of commercial property development schemes both as principal and adviser, finding sites for commercial schemes, helping with the planning aspects and raising the capital for the transactions. He was a partner in Marlin Properties until 2002 and is an investor in several property projects in North Yorkshire.

Nigel J Green

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr. Green brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, capital markets, corporate governance, and M&A, having worked across multiple industries and jurisdictions.

David Facey

NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mr Facey is an experienced corporate finance professional and Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, with more than 25 years’ experience advising governments, listed companies and private businesses on a broad range of complex transactions and strategic initiatives. He was a founding partner of SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP, an AIM Nominated Adviser and broker and previously held a senior corporate finance position at HSBC Investment Bank. Since April 2021, he has served as a Non-Executive Director of AIM-quoted Logistics Development Group plc.
